This website www.axeldoyelstudio.com (hereinafter, the "Website") is operated under the artistic brand Axel Doyel Studio, whose legal and tax owner is Yariel Pérez Puig, holding Tax ID (NIF) 08183158B, with registered address of activity at Carretera General, B13, Bajo 0-Fondo de Nois-San Xiao Casa, 27893 Foz, Lugo (Galicia, Spain). Throughout the site, the term "Studio" refers to the workshop or studio practice of Axel Doyel Studio. It does not designate a multi-person workforce or corporate agency, but rather the solo practice and oeuvre of multidisciplinary visual artist Axel Doyel. Access to and use of this Website, as well as the acquisition of artworks and Fine Art reproductions in our online gallery, are conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Through the Website, Axel Doyel Studio exhibits and commercializes visual artworks and Fine Art reproductions printed on museum-quality paper (Hahnemühle 100% cotton) using archival pigment inks. By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence and possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND VISUAL FIDELITY
• Formats and Substrates: The characteristics, dimensions, and technical specifications of each piece are detailed on its respective product page.
• Color Variation: We make every effort to display the colors of the artworks with complete accuracy. However, due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, screens, and mobile devices, slight tonal variations may exist between the digital preview and the physical printed piece.
• Availability: All artworks are subject to availability and, where applicable, to the specified edition limits or limited print run sizes.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
• Artwork prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with Spanish tax legislation.
• Shipping costs and customs duties (for shipments outside the EU) are detailed prior to completing the purchase.
• Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways (credit/debit cards, PayPal, and authorized gateways). Axel Doyel Studio does not store card details or banking credentials.
5. SHIPPING, LOGISTICS, AND DELIVERY
• Secure packaging, archival handling, and insured shipping are carried out through qualified transport and courier services.
• Estimated delivery times will be indicated upon order processing. Axel Doyel Studio is not liable for delays attributable to customs inspections or external events of force majeure.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
The conditions governing order returns, the 14-calendar-day statutory period pursuant to Spanish and European consumer protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), and the handling of incidents regarding damage during transport are governed entirely by our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy available on the Website.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
The acquisition of a reproduction or physical art piece grants the buyer physical ownership of that specific item, but in no case transfers, assigns, or licenses copyright, reproduction, commercial distribution, transformation, or digital exploitation of the artwork.
All content, images, trademarks, texts, logos, and artworks displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of the artist and legal owner, and are protected under Spanish intellectual and industrial property laws and international copyright treaties. Any reproduction, duplication, scanning, commercial resale, or unauthorized exploitation without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
The processing of personal data collected through this Website is carried out in strict compliance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), as detailed in our official Privacy Policy.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. For the resolution of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's/consumer's domicile or, failing that, to the courts and tribunals of the province of Lugo, Spain.
